Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive Sales Operations team member to join our team and support the establishment of our sales unit, critical for PIA's growth vision. You'll collaborate closely with the director to develop sales strategies, streamline processes, and build a robust sales toolbox.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Take the lead in establishing sales procedures and processes.

  • Build a comprehensive sales toolbox including templates, scripts, and presentations.

  • Collaborate with other team members on commercial and marketing activities.

  • Analyze sales data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives.

  • Organize and produce material for expression of interest and proposals.


Skills Required

  • Master’s degree in preparation (Business schools, Engineering schools, Sciences Po Paris)

  • Demonstrated interest in energy, infrastructure, and/or emerging and developing countries.

  • Ability to work independently with guidance from PIA team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to the growth of the sales function.

  • Proficiency French and/or English

Working level French and English is required
